Report is above. As of now cannot access or open anything other than IE6, including Spybot. I am online now. Seems that only programs working are those that load at startup.
Example: "The object that C:\Windows\desktop\spybot-Search%Destroy.ink has been removed or is unaccessible. Any suggestions? Win98se. I can access regedit if necessary, reg restore was futile.
