No major problems. Every once and a while immunizing with Spybot, Microsoft AntiSpyware reports that something is being added to the Trusted Sites Zone in Internet explorer. The report from Microsoft AntiSpyware is a false positive.
Please see this article from Microsoft about this problem:

Other than that they seem to run well together.

Will Microsoft Antispyware and Tea Timer work well together in the task bar? Thanks

During certain registry changes you will get notifications from both TeaTimer and Microsoft AntiSpyware, but there is no conflict between the two (See Note).
I ran them together for over a year without any problems.
Note: That is assuming that you don't create a conflict by telling one to always accept (allow) a registry change and the other to always reject (deny) the registry change, in which case I believe that the reject (deny) would win.
