Totally Lost And Need Help

I'm totally illiterate when it comes to viruses, and I have no idea what the issue is. My internet explorer won't allow the kapersky scan to even open, so I've only included the HJT in this post.:angel:

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Since you are new I will provide some information.

1) Make sure you read the information posted at the top of the forum, it is all there for you.

2) If you had a problem with Kaspersky, did you use Internet Explorer to download, does not work with other browsers. Can you say what issue you had, why it would not work.
(we have many other scans we can use, Kaspersky is just one of the best)

3) You have provided no information about your problem, since we are limited to the HJT log which is showing no malware that I can see, we depend on the KOS and your comments to decide how to proceed.

Review the cpmments I have posted and provide more information, the reason you posted your HJT log, why you suspect malware. Please also post any error message from Windows "word for word". Do that and I will better know if I can help you.
