Hello,
I'm new to the forum but not to spybot, have run it for years :) I have just formatted my PC and am running XP SP2. I have just re-installed Spybot from the website and cannot update, it says Cannot Open AVI. Can anyone offer any advice or help how to update, i've downloaded the latest definitions from the website but still have various things it says needs updating. Thanks for any help in advance :)
