repeating problem

I am currently at my wits end here. I have a thing, for lack of a better term on my computer. It pops up as attempting to open an internet site, and I can not get rid of it. I have tried yahoo as it seems to be connected to the page somehow. There are two addresses one at http://ad.yieldmanager.com and res://ieframe.dll. I can not get rid of this, can anyone help?
