I have a strange problem that is sporadically affecting my Outlook 2002. (Once every one to two weeks). If I'm typing a message, it will delete everything out of the message, and if I'm in a folder, including the inbox, will delete all the messages in that folder. These messages can be found in the deleted items folder. I use Norton Antivirus, Corporate Edition, as well as Microsoft Antispyware. I have scanned with Ewido, Spybot, Adaware, CCleaner, Trendmicro to no avail. Please help. I am including hjt, panda and ewido logs.
