Help me please

First i would like you to know something strange about my pc... Since i got my new pc, it gets some strange freezes... Especially when i run programs like p2p... Computer specialist, who installed OS on my pc told me that it might be disc fault or something like that... So he did something, but that didn't fix it... Maybe you guys have some solution?

Now let's move on to my second problem... I installed some activeX and it was a virus... I can't get ride of it... Each time i restart my pc it gets there again and again... Shoving me to buy theyr antivirus to get my pc clean :D These are images from SPS&D when i check for problems.

They get in my pc again after i restart it.. Here is some text log, which is asked in read before you post, i hope my new thread meets the requirements :)
That log seems too long... Please write me on skype mel0n_ if it is possible so i could paste that log in halves. Because if i would post more responses, nobody would check this thread :(
