Hi,
I have already posted my information here (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=28618) but I received a question from a mod about my PC. The question and my answer were deleted from that post, and no further feedback was provided, so I'm trying to understand the current status of my request for assistance. Numerous posts that were made later than mine have replies from moderators, so I am perplexed. Am I in some sort of holding pattern, purgatory, inadvertently overlooked or was there something wrong with what I posted? If I should seek assistance elsewhere, just let me know, but at this point, i am primarily confused, but also very anxious to get this insidious code off my computer and would greatly appreciate one of your moderator's expert assistance.
