Help in cleanin my pc

Recently, my pc has been running slowly. I have followed the guidlines here by performing kaspersky scan log, with a spybot scan in safemode and finally, a hackjackthis scan:

I am not sure though the kaspersky report says 1 viruses (maybe a false positive) and 3 infected objects, though two of them seems to be false postives(there is a note that says not a virus: rem....) while the remaining one is infected something by or with WiseSFX
