Spyware Isolator

I have recently begun having a popup window telling me that I have a trojan virus. The popup takes me to a website saying I have to purchase software to get rid of it. The site is run by spyware isolator I think. It redirects my home page to a place on my c: drive, there is an icon in the toolbar that I can't access and a popup with a lot of information that tries to scare me.

Does Spybot get rid of spyware isolator to make this stop?
