When spybot detects a registry change it throws up a pop up asking me if I want to allow it. The problem is I can not see what the buttons say, the bottom of the box says cuts it off. I just need to know what the left and right button mean.

Well I sure wish I could find where it is documented because I cannot find it and I want to know which button to push. Maybe a little hint?
BTW, the only difference between the old value and the new value is the old value had the drive letter in upper case. The new registry value has it in lower case. I may be alone, but I think this might be a little bit agressive detection.
As far as I can tell, the help for the program is telling me nothing about what these button choices say. Will there be a maintenance release soon to fix this? It doesn't seem like a hard fix to me.
