Hi

New here. Just downloaded spybot couse 3 malaware were just downloaded on my PC:o

Spybot found all of the malaware but when I try to fix the problem, spybot starts to removing them then freezes .

And Task Manager tells me that Spybot is not responding :( .

Is there some thing I can do to fix this thing?

Thanks In advance

Boot your system in Safe mode then run a Spybot scan and fix.

If that doesn't work, please provide details such as:
What windows operating system are you running?
Are there multiple users and if so are you running from a User Account with Computer Administrator authority?
What version of Spybot are you running?
What is the date of the latest detection update?
What you were trying to fix?
Are you getting and answering the confirmation dialog before the hang?
Was anything fixed from any of the attempts to do a fix?
Etc.

Ah every thing is ok. I just needed to let it fix it for an hour. Even tough TaskManager showed it was Not Responding. :) Thanks Any way mate

I'm glad that you got your problem fixed.

By the way if you ever need to refer to what Spybot found or fixed, Spybot records log files of its scan and fix activities. By default there are two Checks.yymmdd-hhmm logs produced during a scan. The second Checks.yymmdd-hhmm has the details of what the scan found. A Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm log is produced if you fix or attempt to fix something.

The logs are store, by default in the following directories:
Windows 95 or 98:
C:\Windows\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs
Windows ME:
C:\Windows\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs
Windows NT, 2000 or XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs
You can access the logs two ways:
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the correct Checks.yymmdd-hhmm or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm file. Double click on it and it should open with Notepad.
Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Tools > View Reports > View Pervious reports. Look for the Checks.yymmdd-hhmm or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm file that contains the desired information. Select it (left click) then Open it.
