Your organization must give their permission for assistance to be received in the removal of malware. The intention of this forum is not to replace a company's IT department.

More than one machine could be at stake, possibly even the server. If sensitive material has been compromised by an infection, the company could be held liable.

We are a small company and my supervisor knows, unfortunately. He asked me to try to fix it and I was referred here by a co-worker. We do not have an IT department.

How do you know you have a virus? What Program told you about a virus? Where did this program say the virus was located and what is the name?

All I see is a bunch of adware that got installed on the computer along with this junk:
Nero\Nero8 <<< the stuff is usually download because it is free, as if anyone believes in anything free anymore. If you don't read the eula agreement, you wind up with a computer full of "free" adware, have a look, I will red the adware:

If this is a HP computer, then this item is probably valid and it is the only item in the HJT log I can not identify:

I doubt that item is malware, but if it is delete it.

To recap, I see no viruses in either the KOS or the HJT log. You will need to provide me with more information unless whatever is identifying something as a virus is seeing it in the adware? I can think of no valid reason to look more without more information.
