Can anyone tell me what this is? It shows up on the address bar(blue) at the top of the screen.For instance Google-Turapi.com. Thank you for any help. I just recently downloaded Spywareblaster and Spybot S&D after this showed up.

What is Turapi.com. It shows up at the top of the page in the blue section of Windows XP. For instance, Google-turapi.com. When it first showed up I lost the reboot/shutoff computer icon and I can't change my homepage address. When I start my computer, it opens sometimes in different homepages. Can you please help out, any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
