Weird changes in Settings

I must have downloaded something nasty. When I got the notice that there was stuff on my computer, immediately .exe files and applications wouldn't play without the 'open with' browser opening up, images were disabled in my internet, and when I tried to add/remove programs, it said "application not found".

I've been using SuperAntiSpyware and Spybot to continually scan my computer the past few days, and I've gotten rid of alot of junk.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? And I'm also curious, after I run spybot and fix the problems, a browser opens asking

I figure this to be the root of my problem, but I've denied and allowed this change on two different scans and nothing changes. I just want to be sure before I click the 'remember this action' button.

That browser is a Teatimer window,but I've never seen anything like that change before,so I'm not sure how to answer.

At any rate,if you're still having malware related problems,you could ask for help in the malware removal forum.Maybe one of the tools they sometimes get you to run in there will help with the Exe extension handler.
