Virtumonde Can't get rid of it

it started just over a week ago, was on the computer and then the internet connection went, couln't get back on so ran SpyBot and it found this Virtumonde

Also found out that my login for the internet was being changed to "intertaccess" with a password, when changed back to my own I can connect to the internet but after so long it change back

I've looked and other reports on this site but don't have the software you're ataking about, can you help please
