When I click on Immunize I get three items that will not immunize.

(1) Under Internet Explorer (32 bit) Software (domain) 1 unprotected.

(2) Under Internet Explorer (32/64 bit) .Default (domain) 1 unprtected.

(3) Under Internet Explorer (32/64 bit) "myname"(VAIO)(domains) 1 unprotected.

Can I protect these? How? How do i see what these domains are?

Thanks

Hi,

What operating system are you running?

If it is Vista, Spybot may not have complete rights to immunize some objects:
- How to run Spybot with Administrator privileges (http://www.spybot.info/en/faq/42.html)

For other operating systems, it is usually a case of undoing the immunization then re-applying it:

Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition.
Version: 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600.

I tried the Undo and reimmunize , but had the same results.

Thanks.

Phillip McCarty:

Do you update using the integrated update facility or manually by downloading and executing the spybotsd_includes.exe file?

There was 1 unprotected domain after the 2008-06-04 updates. New updates dated 2008-06-05 were published that day to correct the problem. It appears that those update may only have been published for the integrated update facility not the spybotsd_includes.exe file.

I click on the "Search for Update" button and the program does the rest.

I am not sure which process this is as ask in the previous reply?
