Hi everyone , Spybot found zlob.downloader on my laptop but cannot fix or delete this.. Can anyone help me pls.. this is my hijackthis log report......

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Many of the tools we use will not run on Vista and I am still learning how to clean this Operating System. I can
make no promises because of this other than I am willing to do my best
to help. If that works for you and you still need the help, start like this.

1) First I want you to know that Spybot S&D when it is totally up to date and fully immunized will normally remove what it finds. If it does not, we will want to post here:
http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4 for the expert with the Spybot S&D program.

Let's check your version against mine which was just updated at 7:15 PM EST 6/11/2008 At the top of the Spybot S&D console click Help then About. Your version should be 1.5.2.20 and Latest Detection Update: 2008-06-11. Click Immunize and your total should be 72,019.
If you are not up to that point, do so and then scan again to see if Spybot removes what it finds.

Have a look at this information: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=7344 That is often how the infection you describes get on the computer and the major tool we use (Smitfraudfix) does not work on Vista, MBAM does, and we will give it a try.

2) C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_02\ <<< check your Java program for an updates, see this:

3) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file & a new HJT log in your next reply.
