spybot finds an error then stops.

Hey all.. I run spybot.. it comes up w/ this error

Mailbot (Datei C:\WINDOWS\win.ini Kann nicht geöffnet werden. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

then just stops scanning and says everything is ok.. Has anyone else encounted this..

Looks like you're running Spybot 1.3.To doublecheck you can open Spybot,click Help,then About.
What operating system do you have?(Windows XP,98,etc.)
