Unable To Install - SpybotSD.exe corrupt

I have tried to install Spybot and get this:

"spybotSD.exe corrupt - an error occurred while trying to copy a file."

I suspect that something is forcing this as I have downloaded the latest version from two different sources and get the same error.

Is there a known virus that monitors a download and then corrupts the file so that it behaves like this preventing the install from taking place.

I also have the same problem on some other Antivirus tools I am trying to install

To make sure there wasn't a transmission problem, check the MD5 hash of the downloaded spybotsd152.exe installation program as well as the size. Is the MD5 hash value equal to the following?
