Computer Running Slow

My computer takes forever to boot up, but once it is finally done booting, it seems to work fine. Just thought I'd let you check it out to see if anything is wrong. Thanks!

Towards the end of a cleanup please make sure you follow through with any final log requested, even if it appears to you that your computer is back to normal operation.
As much as we like our members we would rather not see you back in a few weeks because there was no follow up with the helper.

Download Trend Micro Hijack This™ to your Desktop
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/hijackthis/HJTInstall.exe
Doubleclick the HJTInstall.exe to start it.
By default it will install HijackThis in the Program Files\Trendmicro folder and create a desktop shortcut.
HijackThis will open after install. Press the Scan button below.
This will start the scan and open a log.
Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply.

Not reall7 seeing any malware in the HJT log, we can do a little cleaning that might help.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
(you can leave the next two if you trust them...I personally would not)
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.excite.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.turbotax.com

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

I suggest you get into that link I posted, there is a lot of great information to help enhance a computers performance.

You are running good programs, I suggest you make sure both Symantec AntiVirus and Windows Defender are up to date and run system scans with both.

Thanks for all your help. I did everything you suggested. I do have one issue: I'm try to remove musicmatch jukebox from the add/remove programs on the control panel, but for some reason it won't remove it. Any suggestions?

Thanks. I've tried deleting the files manually but I can't delete most of the dll files. Says access is denied. I'll keep working on it
