My Wndows Vista Infected with Vundo.gen!H

Can you please help me in cleaning my laptop running Vista off Vundo.gen!H.
Windows Defender and myantivirus Norton hav detcted this trojan but are unable to clean it. Please suggest as to what steps have to be taken to get rid of his infection.:sad:
