Spyware reinstalling itself

I ran spybot to clean up some spyware but found that the spyware still existed in my computer later on.

Spyware I am having problems with:
Zedo
Webtrends Live
StatCounter
Media plex
Double CLick
Casale Media
Burst Media
AdRevolver

Apparently it is reinstalling itself and I need to flush it from my computer entirely.

What can I do besides running spybot?
