The update files size

I wonder why does the update files size always nearly at the same size?

I think its size should be always decreased on continuously updating!

Updates are pseudo-incremental. Those *C.sbi files are the most current ones, and contents is sometimes moved back into the .sbi files without the trailing C. That way, the includes.zip updates keep a similar small size each week, while the larger includes.category.zip updates grow over time.
