Issue in temoving My811 toolbar

I'm not being able to remove My811 Toolbar. It says:


This action may not be performed completely since you are not an administrator.
If you want this performed for all users, please run this application elevated an an administrator.

I really would like to remove this, any help appreciated. Thank you

My811.toolbar is detected by Spybot.

Right Click Spybot and Run as administrator, then go past UAC and run scan.
