No clue where to start

I'm really amature with the whole computer thing but I've been trying to teach myself as I go. I'm having problems with everything running really slow and I'm not sure where to start to try and fix it. I was hoping someone could help walk me through and set me on the right track. If you could I would really appreciate it. I have a hijack this scan done.
Also when I run Spybot I keep getting errors about missing trojan files.
