No clue where to start

I'm really amature with the whole computer thing but I've been trying to teach myself as I go. I'm having problems with everything running really slow and I'm not sure where to start to try and fix it. I was hoping someone could help walk me through and set me on the right track. If you could I would really appreciate it. I have hijack this and the scan is below. Also when I run Spybot I keep getting errors about missing trojan files.

I'm not seeing a lot, but I do see malware and I do see stuff that needs to go. Then I can make suggestions to help you improve performance. If that works for you, let's start with the malware.

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [winlog] winlog.exe
I do not know what this is for sure, so here is some information on possibles:

Unfortunately it can also be the second of these:

winlog.exe is a process belonging to the Salfeld Personal Security tool which is used to set parental controls to your computer. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

Note: winlog.exe is a process which is registered as a trojan. This Trojan allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet banking and personal data. From here the only way we can be sure would be for you to search for the location and scan the file online:
http://virusscan.jotti.org/ One way or another you will have to locate the file to make sure it is removed from your computer. If you are not using the parental control and can rule that out, then you really need to consider this information:

I'm assuming you want the junk off you computer:

1) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) C:\Program Files\ewido\<<< This program is obsolete and a resource user, uninstall it in Add Remove Programs.

4) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

5) Right click Start > Explore and navigate to these files/folders and delete them if there.

winlog.exe <<< search for and delete unless it is part of parental control

6) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart and post a new HJT log and some feedback from you. How is the computer running?

Hey sorry it has taken me awhile to reply I've been working a lot lately. I wanna thank you for getting back to me I appreciate the help a lot it's cool to know there are people out there willing to help those of us who are way in over our heads just by pushing the power button lol. So I did everything you told me to except for the stuff regarding the winlog.exe file I was hoping for kind of a step by step on what you think is best. I do not use parental controls on this computer considering I am the only user. I ran the new HJT scan so just let me know where to go from here. I wanna say thanks again for all your help. :)

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file in your next reply.

So I updated the java and ran the scan. It came up with an infected registry and a trojan but from the looks of the log it says there was no action taken even though I tried to remove them. I wasn't sure if you needed another hjt scan so i put it in here anyways. Anyways I just wanna say I can't thank you enough for you help. Let me know what's next on our things to do.
