Help please!!! I really dont know what to do!

Hi.

I badly need some help. i am a complete noob when it comes to computers. :)

This is my first time using spybot s&d. i checked my computer for problems and found 37 problems. most of them are cookies. i already fixed those. by the way, it is safe to remove those cookies right?? but thats not really the problem that concerns me. i found these ff problems and i dont know if it is safe to fix them and will it cause problems if i remove them..

PLEASE.. anyone. i badly need some help. is it safe to fix/remove this problems??


Also.. i know this is off the topic but i found a virus Backdoor.Win32.Agent.kxv using eScan. but eScan cannot delete or remove the virus. its location is windows/system32/svchost. i tried using Avast! but i think it didnt detect that virus. can anybody please tell me how i can delete/remove this virus..

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) where a helper will advise you as soon as available.

You will need to be patient however, especially with the weekend coming up. ;)
