Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
You are infected, I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
This can be a tough infection to remove so do not expect fast or easy.
I can not understand why I can see no services (023) in your HJT log? You are not whitelisting anything in the HJT log are you? Look at any other HJT log at the end where the 023 items are, your log stops at 020...please explain.
1) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
* If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
* On the left hand side, Click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
* Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer.
(leave TT disabled until we finish)
2) Remove any old copies of combofix before you proceed.
Thanks to sUBs and anyone else who helped with this fix.
It is important that it is saved directly to your Desktop
Download ComboFix from Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
Post the combofix log and a new HJT log.

Thanks
Thank you for taking the time to help. I am not sure why the log file only displays up to 020. I have followed your instructions to disabled teatimer and rebooted. I ran Combofix.exe from the link you provided. The log was too large to post and to attach, so i uploaded it. This is the logfile from combofix.exe http://www.megaupload.com/?d=EULGIHFQ
After running Combofix.exe i ran hjt, however the log only provided up to 020. Here is the HJT log:

Please do not attach or link to infected files!
If a helper requests files they will give you a link to upload them.
All logs should be copy/pasted into topic and not attached unless requested by helper in that format.
Click on this link: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=30168
Now look at post number 3. That is what a combofix log and a HijackThis log look like posted. Please copy and paste your combofix log, use multiple posts if necessary.
Thanks
okay i am sorry about that, here is the logfile after running it again:

Thanks for returning your information. I looked at this information:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial42.html#O23Diag
The majority of the Microsoft services have been added to the white list so they will not be listed.
So I will have to do what I can and assume you are running no other services.
See this: http://www.superadblocker.com/definition/palstart/
1) C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\ <<< update your Java program, see this information:
http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
2) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.
3) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.
(follow the CFScript directions carefully)
4) Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the codebox below into it:
File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vykqjrwv.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ugfbcxro.dll
Registry::
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{c96a6642-ebd1-4bfc-bba1-71caf015222e}]
Save this as CFScript
http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c30/ken545/CFScript.gif
Referring to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exe.
This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log.
(wait until you finish to post the logs)
5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:
O2 - BHO: {e222510f-ac17-1abb-cfb4-1dbe2466a69c} - {c96a6642-ebd1-4bfc-bba1-71caf015222e} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\vykqjrwv.dll
O9 - Extra button: PalTalk - {4EAFEF58-EEFA-4116-983D-03B49BCBFFFE} - C:\Program Files\Paltalk Messenger\Paltalk.exe
O9 - Extra button: PokerStars.net - {FA9B9510-9FCB-4ca0-818C-5D0987B47C4D} - C:\Program Files\PokerStars.NET\PokerStarsUpdate.exe
Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"
6) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
I see you have MBAM onboard, run it now like this:
7) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file & a new HJT log in your next reply.
Restart and post the combofix log from CFScript, the report from MBAM and a new HJT log. Tell me how the computer is running now.
Thanks
Thank you for helping. It seems everything is working fine, i can access add or remove programs without getting errors. When windows start up, the errors doesn't show up anymore. I don't get anymore nasty pop ups either. Here is the log from combo fix:

Thanks for returning your information and the feedback. This is the next bridge we must cross.
I am sure you saw this:
WARNING -THIS MACHINE DOES NOT HAVE THE RECOVERY CONSOLE INSTALLED !!
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix
Review that information to understand Recovery Console. Installation is optional but if you do not have the CD's needed, as is explained, it can be installed before we remove combofix.
Since you have Service Pack 3 you can install the download for Service Pack 2 for your Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
If you do not wish to install RC, let me know so I can continue with the cleanup.
If you install RC, post the C:\*CF-RC.txt*.
Since we do not need to scan with combofix, click NO
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v666/sUBs/RC_whatnext.gif
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v666/sUBs/RC_AllDone.gif
Thanks
I don't have the required cd's to install the recovery console as stated in the link. How would i install recovery console w/o them?
Edit: i am doing the no cd method as stated in the link.
I don't have any floppy discs, so i guess we can skip the recovery console.

You do NOT need CD's or floppy Disk's to install using combofix!!!!
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix
I'll skip it if you say to but I will suggest it is kind of important and for you, not me. You have not read the directions.
If you use Windows XP and do not have the Windows CD, ComboFix includes a method of installing the Windows Recovery console by downloading a file from Microsoft. To install the Windows Recovery Console when you do not have the Windows XP CD, please follow these instructions:
Try taking the time to read the directions and then if you still wish to skip the installation, let me know. You may, however, reget that decision one day.
Thanks
I have successfully installed the recovery mode, but made a mistake and continued to scan with combofix . Here is the log generated :

We are finished with combofix, remove it like this:
Click START then RUN
Now type or copy Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK.
Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

Let's run another malware scan:
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe
Let me know how the computer is running.
Thanks...Phil

If you are reading it in English...thank a soldier.
Actually i still have a few questions if you don't mind. Sometimes my computer just crashes, like earlier when i was trying to run avg it suddenly crashed, then i tried again and it crashed again. Is my system over heating or something?

There can be many, many reason for that happening and malware is not the only one. When you say "crashed" that means nothing to me. When windows has a problem it almost always comes with an error message explaining why it happened. Witout more information it is hard to Tell. Here is a good troubleshooting site:
http://kadaitcha.cx/index.html
You might want to run diagnostic here:
http://www.pcpitstop.com/pcpitstop/
Help with results: http://pcpitstop.invisionzone.com/index.php?showforum=6
Research your error messages in Google, it will almost always provide a response.
And you are right, if your computer is over- heating that will sure cause it. If a fan is going bad or if the computer is full of dust, especially the fans. When is the last time you cleaned the dust out of the cabinet. Make sure the computer has good ventilation, nothing blocking access to air on any side.
Thanks
it doesn't display any error messages. Like when it *crashes* its like if i pulled out the plug or the power suddenly turned off. I keep my computer clean, the fans looks fine no dust. I will try that diagnose test. I will post back after, thanks.
I ran the pc Pitstop overdrive test, and posted the results in their forums. If possible i would also like you to have a look at the test and help out. Here is the result from pc pitstop http://www.pcpitstop.com/betapit/sec.asp?conid=20586192

Since the folks helping at PCPitStop work with these test results everyday, and I do not, it would be far better to wait for them to help you. I am linked to the topic so I can watch. It is likely one or more of the outdated drivers are causing your issue, let's see what they have to say. You do not need to wait to address performance and security issues.
Thanks...Phil
