help!

Hi,
can anyone give me the link to this actual page? boyfriend is needing your help big time and we cannot find this page...........loads of others but it doesnt get him to what i have! He has a windows antivirus thats popping up all over the place and barring him from using the internet, tried uninstalling.........no luck, so we are gonna try and use spybot to get rid of the rubbish and hopefully stop this antivirus popping up! Any ideas on how to get rid of this antivirus perm before it drives us bonkers?..................Thanx in advance
