PSW.x-virtrojan

I have a problem, theres a small warning icon on the bottom righthand side of my screen by where the clock is, and it has a little bubble that pops up and tells me that I have a PSW.x-virtrojan, but when I run my Spybot S&D and my other software, its never found and I cant seem to find anyone that can help me get rid of it, what should I do?
