Recieved Warning popup while checking for problems

After doing normal updating and recieving down loads I selected, checking for problems....Toward the end of using this function I recieved the follow pop up.
WARNING..SPYBOT Include file, TrojansC.sbi
Program\spybot\search delivery\includes TrojansC.sbi
Question: Does this mean I have Trojan in my system? If so how do I get rid of it????

You seem to be using a dated version of Spybot-S&D.
Please download our current version Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.5.2. That should fix it.
You will find links to several download locations for this new version on our web site:

Please search for new updates after installing Spybot-S&D 1.5.2.
