Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

I am 99.9% sure (since I run the program on two of my computers) that your antivirus program is out of date. Unless you know something I don't, here is a link to get the newest free version:
http://free.grisoft.com/ww.download-avg-anti-virus-free-edition

Once installed, update and run a system scan. Then post a new HJT log and tell me about any malware issues.
