IE error, usually while accessing Hotmail

I've noted that I frequently get an error in IE when I access Hotmail, and a pop-up shows up when I go to my bank's website asking for personal information (which I haven't entered). I'm at the limit of my limited computer ability and would greatly appreciate any help. Here's the log:

Not that HJT can see everything, but I see no malware isses in this HJT log. I need more information to know if/how to proceed.

Error messages always need to be exact...word for word. They cannot be researched otherwise.

Contact you bank security right away about this and tell me what they say.
