Deny change is greyed out

I just got a strange message. Deny change is greyed out. It says:

Category: Winlogon Notifiers
Change: Value deleted
Entry: Love

What do I do? Keep in mind that I am not very computer literate. I mainly use it for my artwork with Photoshop and forums and such. So please explain to me what I should do so I can understand easily. I'm freaking out here.

I seriously need help. I'm freaking out and I don't know what to do. I am currently scanning with Norton and it found one thing.

When the "Deny Change" option is grayed out it is usually because by the time TeaTimer recognized that the entry was delete the under lying code for that entry has been deleted so restoring the registry entry to its former value will not do any good.

I have never heard of a Winlogon Notifier entry named "Love". What were you doing at the time of the change?

I was on the DeviantArt forums and it popped up. I scanned with Norton and it found two things. One was called infostealer and another was something else that I can't remember. One was removed and the other was quarantined.
