Failed to Load Error

Ran Spybot OK, Immunized OK, went to Fix Problems and received the following after about 10 minutes into fix - Failed to load C:\Programs\Spybot-Search_Destroy\DelZip179.dll

Sbot now hung

Sbot found many problems so no sure if this is one of the viruses I have or a real Sb problem.
