I accidentally ended up on some chinese site and am concerned that it may have been a keylogger attempt.

I have gotten a hijack this log.. I think everything looks ok, I have cheked all running processes and startup items etc...

I'd just like to be doubly sure.

There is no evidence of any malware in the HJT log? Is there any reason you think this?

I suggest you check Java for an update:

and consider updating to Internet Explorer 7 if just for the additional security it provides:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx
