Malware persists after S&D Fix

Hello all (and thanks for your being here to help),

I am running XP SP3.

Spybot identifies the following:
a) TelekomBill.Fake
b) Cimuz
c) Smitfraud-C.EbayBill

I boot to Safe mode, run Spybot and 'fix' the entries.
Reboot machine into normal mode and entries have reappeared on a subsequent scan. Repeat.

So, what should my next step be?
