first scan with 1.6
I checked properties and this file has been around since 2004
when I tried to view it I got a file not found message
so I tried to open it- not found

Windows 98 se
clean upgraded from 1.5
firefox and IE installed

scan went well
only hit so minor items must not be turned on

I also removed some other vintage HTM files from that folder

thank you for reporting this issue.
The detection rule that is related to this finding of Alexa related has been in our detection since 2003 and it should be compatible with every version of Spybot S&D so far.

As it appears Spybot S&D 1.5.2 does not flag this file on Windows 98 although it is supposed to.

On the other hand you are correct that is a low priority threat , removal is up to user preference.

Well that explains it
I did have an Alexia infection years ago
In fact it used to appear quite regularly- perhaps I got no more when I upgraded to 1.5 :)
since there was no data in the file what was there was just a name
I have no idea what that entire directory does
