View Full Version : Threat descriptions bug
I encountered a bug with Spybot S&D. It has been around for a while, but I just confirmed it today using v1.6 on Windows XP. It seems that the threat descriptions pane uses the Windows tooltip color as the background color, but it doesn't use the Windows tooltip text color as the foreground color. If someone has tooltips configured to use a dark background and light text, the pane is unreadable.
but it is possible that the bug could exist.....can anyone else recreate it?
If it helps, I have attached a screenshot of my tooltip settings. The background is set to black, and the text is set to grey.

confirmed, you are right! I don't know anyone who would have that color scheme, but you are correct.

um after i did that and changed my settings to yours, i cant go back to my old settings.......just desktop blue....
