ZLOB.DNSChanger

I recently noticed that my google/yahoo search results were being redirected to unrelated websites. A Spybot search turned up Zlob.DNSChanger and Spybot was unable to remove the virus. I resorted to formatting my hard drive and installing a fresh copy of Vista but that has not worked either (Can this spread from computer to computer over my home network?)

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a HJT file below.
