Help! Blue Screen with Spyware???

Clicked on a link from Google and got caught up in this nasty blue screen that took over my desktop with a big yellow box that's telling me to install spyware..etc..???
I ran Spy-Bot in Safe mode as suggested but nothing came up as well as my virus scan and Adware scan with no results.
My McAfee pop up said it was Joke-Bluescreen! *pouts*
Got the log here for ya from Hijack, I sure hope you can all tell me something from this. Thanks in advance!

Hi elizzy

Create own folder for HijackThis to desktop and move it into that folder.

After that:

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe) to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt
Please post contents of that file in your next reply.

Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/Deckard/dss.exe) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.

Close all applications and windows.
Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt to your post.

Thank you for your reply. I got it removed with the help of another virus removal expert using Malaware and some other tricks that I couldn't possible get into detail here!
