Error while running Spybot S&D

I received a weird error while running Sybot. As it scans a window pops up that is titled Windows - No Disk.
It says that there has been an exception processing c0000013 parameters
75b6f9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

It gives me three options - Cancel, Try Again, Ignore
Try again does nothing - cancel and ignore continue the scanning but those items that cause the error to occur ( a lot of the casino spyware) don't show up when the scan is complete as having been detected.

This happens many times during the scanning process.

Help, please what should I do? I have the most up to date version and updates loaded.

try running the scan in safe mode
quarantine any hits and post back
if several items post the log
do not delete anything at this point
also update and run your AV with "scan at bootime" option enabled
let us know your os, current av, (any old AV included any preinstalled) firewall, other security software,
what version of spybot (use help>about)
etc when you post back
