Found this mlJDsTKA.dll loaded up by winlogon.exe can`t kill it machine just reboots also sticks a BHO in internet explorer. scanned with spybot 1.5 and ad-aware don`t seem to find it.

First post so a bit green in this area.

That's a Vundo infection, are you really asking for help removing it when you are running without an antivirus program? Waste of both of our time, will reinfect in nothing flat anymore.

If you need a free AV here are three to choose from. Install no more than one, update the new program and run a system scan removing what it finds. When you get to that point, post a new HJT log and I will take a second look.

Have AV running, removed infection maually in safemode but thanks for ID of the infection.
