It strikes again...Virtumonde...

Alright, after scanning with Spyboy S&D it detected virtumonde and I followed the directions in the description. Which had done nothing to remove the virtumonde.
I was hoping to get some much needed assistance with this problem. The assistance I need is some guidance with links to and directions as to installing things such things as HJT and getting the logs and what not.
All help to this desperate computer protection noob is greatly appreciated.
