include errors log

Everytime i run spybot i get the following messgae C:\Program Files\spybot-search_destroy\includes\trojans.sbi. Include errors.log. Well i have it set to advanced mode but dont know what else to do to correct this so the message stops popping up. Does this mean i have a trojan?
