Trojan Problem

I think I have a trojan downloader. I can't seem to get rid of it no matter what I do. It has been in my system for 2 days now and its messing up all of my programs, I have scanned my computer with McAfee and ZoneAlarm and nothing is working! Someone help! Any ideas? I think it is messing with Spybot also. I can't install it, it says the file is corrupted!:banghead:
Weird, my printer is turning on all by itself too!
