Hi
This is my first time posting here. I need some help please. I uninstalled AVG from my husbands computer because he has been having trouble with it.
I should have checked it out before now. Anyway I was working on his computer tonight and he has a virus or trojan I`m sure.
I tried downloading Spy Bot on to his computer and it casue an error or something. I can`t find it so I was going to burn it to disk and put it on that way. I have Spy Bot on mine.
He is running WINXP pro.....Here is one of the things that happen:
When I try to search on his computer different things pop up even though the pop up blocker is on. In tool the setting under privacy keeps changing
from medium to low even after I change it and hit apply. Also keep saying can`t work off line. Spy Bot is the only thing I can think of to try. I tried A-Squared and it doesn`t find anything.
