Help ID this BHO?

I just noticed this BHO in SpyBot, and was wondering if someone could help me identify it. I don't recognize it, and I don't know when it showed up or if it's always been there. (I haven't looked at the BHOs on this machine before.) Here's the information:

Ah, so it's benign and probably came with the (Dell) machine then. I'll probably still remove it. Thanks for the info.
