Super slow internet

My internet is running extremely slow. I'm getting dile-up speed and I'm using DSL. I think it might be malware. I did a speed test and my ping was 700 from 200 miles away, my download rate was in the 200s (kb/s) and my upload rate was 78(kb/s) =(.

I don't know if I can help you with a slow internet or not, I would suggest you contact your Internet Service Provider about that issue.

I do see problems in the HJT log though.

You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly.

Uninstall one of those, then run a system scan with the one you keep, let me know about anything found that can not be deleted or quarantined.

Do you know why this is there? : O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.89.com <<< somone on the computer is going to websites that are going to get you infected. Use HJT to remove this from your computer.

Post a new HJT log with one up to date antivirus program running. Tell me more about the the slow internet, when did it start, what exactly are the symptoms, what did the ISP have to say, who is your ISP, anything you think will help.
